Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Level Air Cargo Professional based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will manage daily cargo operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking consignments, and ensuring timely delivery. You will liaise with clients, handle documentation processes, and provide quality customer service. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in logistics coordination, shipment handling, and operations management
- Ability to manage documentation, ensure compliance, and adhere to aviation standards
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of air cargo industry practices and regulations would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and related software used in logistics
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation, or related fields is preferred
