Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer, based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Lawyer will assist in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing client cases. The role requires preparing case materials, attending court proceedings, and providing comprehensive support to senior lawyers. Additionally, the individual will engage in case analysis, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and maintain client communications.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Proven skills in legal research and analyzing case laws
• Experience in providing client advisory and handling case communications
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Proficiency in legal software and tools, as well as familiarity with relevant local and national laws
• Ability to work independently while supporting and communicating effectively with a legal team
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; enrollment or membership with Bar Council of India is a plus
• Prior experience or internships in law firms or a legal practice
