Role Description
This is a full-time Junior Lawyer position with a hybrid work setup, based in Pune Division, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Junior Lawyer will assist with case research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and providing client consultation. Responsibilities include supporting litigation processes, preparing case strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence, and contributing to corporate structuring, property transactions, and personal legal matters.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Preparation, and Regulatory Compliance
- Proficiency in Drafting Contracts, Agreements, and Legal Documentation
- Experience in Litigation Support, Due Diligence, and Case Management
- Understanding of Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, and Personal & Civil Law principles
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.), with enrollment in the Bar Council of India; LL.M. or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in using legal research tools and case law databases
- Prior experience in a legal or corporate setup is advantageous
