Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Junior Lawyer position based in Mumbai. The Junior Lawyer will support the legal team by drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and legal documents. The role includes providing legal research, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting in dispute resolution and litigation as needed. The Junior Lawyer will also liaise with external legal counsel to provide legal guidance on business operations and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in contract drafting, review, and legal documentation.
- Strong knowledge of litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
- Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support case preparation and advisement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel.
- L.L.B. or equivalent law degree; relevant certifications or bar qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in property law or real estate is a distinct advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to perform under deadlines.
