Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Advocate role at AlexaPartners Private Limited’s office in Mumbai. The Advocate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to debt collection, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, providing advisory services, and liaising with clients and professional partners to ensure compliance and proper case management. The role requires strong communication and advocacy skills to achieve effective resolution of cases and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and expertise in Legal Collection Management
- Proficient in drafting legal documents, court filings, and contract review
- Proven experience in representing clients in legal proceedings and negotiations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills
- Ability to strategize and provide effective legal advisory services
- Familiarity with Credit Monitoring and Skip Trace services is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent qualification; enrollment with a Bar Council is required
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and client-focused environment
