Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician Intern who is interested in laboratory procedures, testing, and data recording. This role offers foundational exposure to lab operations, documentation, and quality standards in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting basic laboratory tests and experiments
• Maintain and organize lab equipment and materials
• Record and document test results accurately
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Support in sample preparation and handling
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of lab equipment
• Assist in maintaining lab records and reports
Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Medical Lab Technology, or related field)
• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup (for documentation/training tasks)
Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to laboratory work through academic projects or training
• Basic knowledge of lab instruments and equipment
• Understanding of quality control processes
