This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Junior IT Recruiter at Pranathi Software Services Pvt. Ltd. The Junior IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various IT roles. The role involves closely collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and utilizing job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to identify and engage top talent. The recruiter will also coordinate interviews, ensure timely follow-ups, and contribute to building an efficient and streamlined hiring process.
Role Description

Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring
• Strong understanding of IT roles such as Developers, Testers, and other technologies
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment
• Awareness of current recruitment trends and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in IT services or communications companies is an added advantage
Eligibility:
• Any Graduate
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
• Note: US IT Recruiters are not eligible for this role
