⏰ Shift Timing: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST (Australian Time Zone Support)
We are actively looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Associate Infrastructure Engineers. If you have experience in IT Helpdesk, Application Support, Networking, Active Directory, or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced global support environment.
🔹 Role Overview:
As a Level 1 Voice Support / Application Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for end users, providing technical assistance through Voice, Chat, and Email support channels. The role involves troubleshooting application, desktop, virtual desktop, and basic infrastructure issues while ensuring excellent customer experience and SLA adherence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 technical support via calls, chat, and email
Troubleshoot application, desktop, and virtual desktop issues
Handle Active Directory tasks such as password resets & account unlocks
Support network-related issues including VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS & DHCP
Log and manage incidents/service requests through ticketing tools
Coordinate with higher-level support teams for escalations
Follow ITIL-based support processes and documentation standards
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
Application & End User Support
Networking Fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
Active Directory Support
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Support
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong analytical & troubleshooting abilities
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in Voice/Chat-based IT Support environments
🎯Familiarity with ITSM & ticketing tools
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
