Role Description
The Assistant Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include supporting interior design projects through space planning, assisting in creating construction drawings, selecting and sourcing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and collaborating with the team to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. The Assistant Interior Designer will work closely with the senior design team to ensure adherence to client needs and project timelines while contributing creative input to various design projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles
- Familiarity with Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and application
- Strong visual and creative skills with attention to detail
- Competence in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience or internships in interior design is a plus
