Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in interior design and site coordination
- Candidates with practical experience in residential interior projects will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
Design & Drawings
- Prepare AutoCAD working drawings, including layouts, electrical, ceiling, and furniture plans
- Convert client ideas and requirements into practical interior design solutions
- Assist with material selection and design presentations
- Create 3D designs using SketchUp (preferred)
Site Execution & Coordination
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and vendors
- Supervise site work according to approved drawings
- Manage on-site design changes and revisions
Client Interaction
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements
- Present design concepts and explain drawings clearly
- Handle client feedback and revisions professionally
Required Skills
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of interior materials and finishes
- Basic site coordination and execution knowledge
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- BOQ preparation and costing knowledge
- Vendor coordination experience

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
We prefer candidates with proficiency in SketchUp and may offer a higher salary package.
