Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role located in Mohali district. The Junior Interior Designer will collaborate with the design team to create and implement innovative interior design concepts for both residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities include assisting with space planning, developing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with contractors to ensure project execution and delivery align with design specifications. Additionally, the role involves maintaining materials libraries, conducting site visits, and supporting project management tasks to ensure quality and timely completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with an eye for functionality and aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of Architecture and familiarity with developing Construction Drawings.
- Knowledge of FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in interior design, architecture, or related fields is required.
- Experience in turnkey project execution or familiarity with site coordination is a plus.
