Role Description
Narah - The Design House is seeking a Junior Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The role involves participating in interior design projects, assisting in space planning, creating construction drawings, and contributing to overall design concepts. Responsibilities include coordinating FF&E selections, collaborating with architects and trade professionals, and ensuring projects are executed in line with brand standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design techniques and concepts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and experience with Construction Drawings.
- Understanding of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and customization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to project timelines.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for working with teams and clients.
- Passion for design and a strong understanding of current design trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
