Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Interior Designer for a full-time remote role. The Junior Interior Designer will assist in space planning, developing detailed interior layouts, creating construction drawings, and supporting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections. The role also involves closely collaborating with senior designers and architects, contributing to design initiatives, and ensuring projects align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus
