Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer at AEDAGE PRIVATE LIMITED in Mumbai. The Junior Interior Designer will be responsible for assisting senior designers in space planning, creating construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). They will also be involved in collaborating with architects and working on interior design projects from concept to completion. The Junior Interior Designer will be expected to participate in client meetings, conduct site visits, and assist in ensuring that projects are executed according to the design specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in space planning and interior design
- Familiarity with architectural concepts and the ability to work with construction drawings
- Experience in selecting and specifying FF&E for interior design projects
- Proficiency in using design software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with architects, designers, and other professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience in the field of interior design is a plus
