🚀 We’re Hiring: Jr. Instructional Designer (1–2 Years Experience)
At Enthral, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Instructional Designer to join our team in Pune or Delhi and help build engaging digital learning experiences for global clients.
If you have around 1-2 years of experience in eLearning, instructional design, or learning content development, this could be a great opportunity to grow in a fast-moving learning technology environment.
What you’ll work on:
• Designing and developing eLearning modules and storyboards
• Converting SME content into learner-friendly digital training
• Creating interactive learning experiences and assessments
• Collaborating with multimedia teams and project managers
• Working with modern learning tools and platforms
What we’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles (ADDIE etc.)
• Exposure to tools like Articulate Storyline / Captivate is a plus
