Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist who understands social media culture, creator ecosystems, and campaign coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns for brands across industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent managers
- Support campaign execution, timelines, content approvals, and reporting
- Track campaign performance and share actionable insights
- Stay updated with influencer trends, viral content, and platform updates
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, content, and strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Understanding of influencer campaigns and digital marketing metrics
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and creator trends
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus if you’ve worked with brands, agencies, or creator-tech platforms
