Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Influencer Manager. The Junior Influencer Manager will oversee relationships with content creators, coordinate marketing campaigns, and support the recruitment and onboarding of influencers. The role includes daily activities such as managing schedules, tracking campaign deliverables, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with client goals. Collaboration with internal teams to develop strategies and improve campaign outcomes will also be a key focus.
Qualifications
- Communication and Relationship Management skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships with influencers and clients
- Experience in Campaign Management, including scheduling, tracking, and overseeing deliverables
- Understanding of Influencer Marketing trends and strategies, as well as social media platform familiarity
- Proficiency in Data Analysis to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Organizational and Time Management skills to effectively balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with digital tools and AI-powered marketing platforms is a plus
