As a Junior HR Associate at True North Projects & Engineers, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and has excellent written and spoken English skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Managing employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assisting with performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and providing support to managers.
- Supporting HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Assisting with benefits administration and ensuring employees are informed about their benefits package.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and handling HR-related inquiries.
