Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior HR Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring operations.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in HR recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves screening candidate profiles, coordinating with clients, and managing interview scheduling processes.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Screening
- Review and screen candidate profiles based on job requirements
- Perform initial shortlisting and basic qualification checks
Coordination
- Coordinate with clients and internal hiring teams
- Manage communication between candidates and stakeholders
Interview Scheduling
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Ensure smooth coordination for interview processes
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers
- Update status and ensure timely communication
- Support end-to-end recruitment process
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HR recruitment / talent acquisition
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to screen profiles based on job requirements
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn / job portals
Nice to Have
- Internship or prior experience in recruitment
- Experience using ATS tools or Excel trackers
- Exposure to IT recruitment
