Role Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters).
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
2. Employee Relations- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Promote a healthy, ethical, and productive work environment.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary processes professionally.
3. HR Operations- Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and employee data.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Ensure smooth exit formalities and full & final settlements.
4. Performance & Development- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Assist in career development and employee engagement activities.
5. Payroll & Compliance- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, etc.).
- Keep HR policies updated as per company and legal requirements.
6. Policy & Culture- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies.
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce strategy.
- Promote company values and culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
