Key responsibilities include posting job ads, screening candidates, maintaining employee records, managing payroll input, and handling staff inquiries, usually requiring 0–2 years of experience and proficiency in MS Office. Cyber Infrastructure, CIS Cyber Infrastructure, CIS 2 Core Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Onboarding/Offboarding: Preparing documentation, conducting inductions, and managing employee records (digitally or physically). HR Administration: Maintaining employee databases (e.g., in HRIS tools like Workday or SuccessFactors), managing attendance, and supporting HR compliance. Employee Relations: Addressing staff queries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll. Engagement/Training: Assisting with employee engagement activities and arranging training sessions. Cyber Infrastructure, CIS Cyber Infrastructure, CIS 6 Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 0–2 years in HR roles (freshers often welcome).
