Job Title: Junior HR Executive - Payroll & Compliance

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive – Payroll with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing using Prime software. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Prime software
• Ensure timely and accurate salary processing for employees
• Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and financial data
• Process reimbursements, incentives, and deductions
• Generate payroll reports and MIS as required
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and validations
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, salary, and taxation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing
• Hands-on experience in Prime payroll software is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
• Good understanding of payroll processes and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling audits and payroll reconciliations
• Ability to manage large employee data efficiently
