🔹 We're Hiring: Junior HR Executive
📍 Location: Remote
💰 ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month

We're looking for a Junior HR Executive with at least 1 year of HR experience to support our recruitment and day-to-day admin activities, working closely with our HR Lead.
What you'll do:
✅ Screen & shortlist resumes against role requirements
✅ Conduct first-round HR screening interviews
✅ Coordinate & schedule interviews with hiring managers
✅ Maintain recruitment tracker & candidate pipeline
✅ Support onboarding & joining documentation
✅ Assist with HR data management & record maintenance
✅ Support general admin tasks (filing, data entry, vendor/office coordination)
What we're looking for:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/recruitment
✅ Comfortable with initial-round interviews & candidate communication
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, good with data/tracker management
✅ Willing to support both HR and general admin functions
