Key Responsibilities
HR Role:
- Manage the employee lifecycle from induction to exit, providing full administrative support.
- Maintain and update HR records and systems.
- Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transfers, and terminations.
- Publish and remove job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates as required.
- Handle day-to-day HR activities and support overall HR operations.
Admin Role
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and provide timely reminders.
- Take dictation and record meeting minutes accurately.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and dining for executives as required.
- Monitor office supply levels and reorder when necessary.
- Maintain vendor relationships and track pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
