Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Nagpur for a Junior HR and Admin Executive. The role entails managing HR operations and tasks such as implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance, facilitating employee relations, and coordinating administrative functions. This individual will help maintain a productive and positive work environment while supporting various HR processes.


Position: Junior HR & Admin Executive                                                     

Experience: 1–3 Years                                                                                 


Job Profile

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing and hiring activities

• Maintain records of open positions and manage job boards

• Maintain and update the candidate database

• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews

• Follow up with internal stakeholders for feedback and manage candidate communication

• Take initiative in employee engagement activities

• Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and engagement initiatives

• Coordinate with vendors and handle follow-ups when required

• Manage employee leave and attendance records

• Prepare monthly HR reports


Must Have (Primary Skills)

• Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques

• Awareness of software industry terms and hiring requirements

• Proficiency in data management using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment resources

• Logical and analytical approach

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building ability

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

• Good organizational and prioritization skills

• Positive attitude with a proactive approach

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership

• Believes in a “Work Hard – Play Hard” culture


Added Advantage

• IT or Computer Science academic background

• Experience in IT recruitment

• MBA in HR / IT

• Experience working with any HRMS portals
