Key Responsibilities
- Design & creative execution:
- Create visually compelling creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), website banners and landing pages, admission campaigns and performance ads, as well as emailers, brochures, and presentations
- Assist in designing school publications, prospectuses, and boarding collaterals
- Ensure all designs reflect a premium, international school aesthetic
- Brand consistency:
- Maintain strict adherence to Bedford’s brand guidelines
- Ensure consistency in typography, color palettes, and layout systems
- Support in evolving a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints
- Content collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into visuals
- Collaborate on campaign concepts, storytelling, and messaging
- Support photography/video teams with creative direction when required
- Production & adaptation:
- Resize and adapt creatives across formats and platforms
- Prepare print-ready files for vendors
- Manage multiple versions of creatives for campaigns and A/B testing
- Creative asset management:
- Organise and maintain a structured library of design files
- Ensure easy retrieval and version control of assets
