The Role:
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience to handle everything visual at Scandy. You'll take ownership of our brand presence—from Instagram creatives and website banners to physical posters and pamphlets distributed across the city.
What You’ll Do:
- Social Media & Web: Design engaging posts, stories, and banners for Instagram.
- Print Collateral: Create eye-catching posters, pamphlets, and flyers for offline promotions and events.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs reflect the fun, colorful, and refreshing identity of Scandy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand requirements and translate ideas into visual stories.
- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW; knowledge of print production basics (bleed, resolution, file setup)
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating versatility across both digital (social media) and print (posters, pamphlets) work
- Creative Flair: A playful, colorful aesthetic that matches Scandy's energetic brand personality
- Communication: Ability to understand briefs, ask the right questions, and present design concepts clearly
- Location: You are based in Kochi (or willing to relocate) and are comfortable working full-time from the office.
