Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital channels. Responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts for logos, social media, presentations, and print materials, while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and strategists, interpreting briefs, exploring design concepts, and refining deliverables based on feedback. The Junior Graphic Designer will also assist in preparing final files for production, maintaining design libraries, and staying current with design trends and tools relevant to brand and marketing work.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual concepts.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities and applying brand guidelines consistently.
- Good understanding of Typography, with the ability to select and combine typefaces for readability and visual impact.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and work across digital and print formats.
- Ability to take feedback constructively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in brand strategy, marketing, and learning from senior experts in a collaborative, on-site team setting.
