We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with strong video editing capabilities to support the company’s visual communication and multimedia initiatives. The role involves creating high-quality visual assets, producing engaging video content, and contributing to various design deliverables across marketing, research, and corporate communication.
The Designer will play a key role in producing digital creatives, editing high-quality videos, designing presentation materials, and supporting the visual design of reports and communication documents. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality design outputs across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns
• Create high-quality video content, including filming and editing videos
• Develop digital creatives, layouts, and visual communication materials
• Support the design of reports, presentations, and corporate documents
• Create thumbnails, titles, and layouts optimized for digital platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency
• Deliver platform-optimized content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and website use
• Manage and organize creative assets, design files, and video footage
Qualifications & Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience or academic exposure to video filming and editing
• Strong visual design sensibility with attention to detail and storytelling
• Ability to create engaging social media and marketing content
• Experience designing presentations, reports, or corporate communication materials is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized workflow and ability to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of AI design or video tools is a plus
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
