Junior Graphic Designer - The Grid Lab

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience who loves good design, fresh ideas, and fast-moving agency life. If you enjoy creating scroll-stopping visuals and want to work on exciting brand projects, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging social media creatives, brand visuals, and marketing designs
- Work on logo design, branding, and campaign creatives
- Support the creative team with design concepts and visual execution
- Maintain consistency across client brands and campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time
- Bring fresh ideas and creative energy to every project
What We’re Looking For
- Good skills in graphic design and visual communication
- Knowledge of branding, typography, and layout design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative agency environment
- Prior agency or branding experience is a plus not mandatory
- Craving to learn & experiment new things are mandatory
