Role summary
We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with a deep understanding of Tamil
visual culture. The ideal candidate should not only be a software expert but also have a
"designer’s eye" for color, layout, and modern aesthetics. You will be responsible for creating
high-impact designs for print and digital media, ensuring every output meets the client's vision
with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
● Advertising & Marketing: Design professional layouts for Newspaper Ads, Flyers,
Brochures, Banners, and Social Media Creatives.
● Branding: Creative Logo Design and brand identity development.
● Digital Content: Designing eye-catching YouTube Thumbnails and digital posters.
● Publishing: Expert handling of Book Layouts and multi-page document design.
● Tamil Typography: Exceptional skill in using Tamil fonts, ensuring correct grammar, and
aesthetic placement in designs.
● Client Management: Directly understanding client needs and delivering high-quality
outputs that align with their brand colors and expectations.
Technical Skills Required
The candidate must be an expert in:
● Adobe Photoshop (Advanced editing & creative compositions)
● Adobe Illustrator (Vector graphics & Logo design)
● Adobe InDesign (Professional Book & Document layouts)
● CorelDRAW (Standard for local print and advertising)
Candidate Profile
● Minimum 4 years of proven experience in an advertising agency or design studio.
● Speed & Accuracy: Ability to deliver polished designs within tight deadlines.
● Aesthetic Sense: Deep knowledge of color theory and visual hierarchy.
● Language: Must be proficient in Tamil design workflows (Typing, Font selection, and Layout).
