Job Description
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone early in their design journey who wants to gain hands-on experience working on a fast-growing activewear brand. You’ll work closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life across digital and brand touchpoints. From social media to campaign assets, your focus will be on executing clean, consistent, and high-quality design output. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility — where you’ll build speed, sharpen fundamentals, and understand how design operates in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
Requirements
- Assist the creative team in developing and executing TEGO’s visual direction across platforms.
- Design and adapt creatives for digital ads, social media, and brand communication.
- Translate current design trends and cultural references into relevant visual outputs
- Support day-to-day design needs with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience. (Freshers welcome).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual consistency.
- Familiarity with motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Openness to learning new tools and adapting to different design workflows.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Available to work on-site in Vile Parle (E), Mumbai
