Job Title: Junior Designer (0–3 years)
Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a junior designer to create high-quality marketing visuals across digital channels. This role is execution-focused with room to grow.
Speed, clarity, and consistency matter.
What You’ll Do
- Design marketing collaterals (social posts, ads, email creatives, landing pages)
- Support website/UI visuals and basic layouts
- Create performance-focused ad creatives and iterate quickly
- Maintain brand consistency across assets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Use AI tools to generate and refine visuals (image/video/variations)
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in graphic/design roles
- Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and color
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Ability to deliver fast and handle multiple iterations
- Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives
- Interest/experience in AI & video editing tools is a plus
