Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer (Static) to support QYUBIC’s marketing and branding needs. This role focuses on designing high-quality static creatives for digital platforms such as social media, website banners, app visuals, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a willingness to learn, and the ability to convert ideas into clean and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create static creatives for:

a) Social media posts and ads

b) Website and app banners

c) Digital marketing and promotional campaigns

• Experiment with colors, layouts, typography, and design concepts.
• Convert rough ideas, briefs, and references into professional and eye-catching visuals.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all designs.
• Take feedback positively and implement quick design iterations.
• Continuously improve creative quality through experimentation and learning.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong passion for graphic design and creativity.
• Good understanding of color theory, spacing, alignment, and visual balance.
• Ability to create high-quality static designs (not animation-heavy).
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to accept feedback and revise designs quickly.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects).

Tools / Software

Candidates must use any of the following tools (tool expertise matters less than creativity):

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Figma

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience Required: 1+ years
• Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
• Qualification in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or related field is preferred (but not mandatory if portfolio is strong).

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic animation or motion design knowledge.
• Interest in branding and digital marketing creatives.
• Exposure to e-commerce design requirements.
