Role Description This full-time Junior Graphic Designer role is a hybrid position based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, and web-related materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing logos and brand elements, applying consistent typography and layout standards, and adapting designs to different formats and platforms. The role involves collaborating with marketing and consulting teams to translate business objectives into clear visual concepts, refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining organized design files. The Junior Graphic Designer will also assist in preparing final production-ready files and ensuring brand guidelines are followed across all materials.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and maintenance of client brand identities.
- Good understanding of Typography and layout principles for both digital and print applications.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; internships or portfolio demonstrating design work are highly beneficial.
