Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in developing graphics and layouts for printed products such as cushions, fabrics, coasters, and runners. Day-to-day tasks include creating digital artwork, preparing print-ready files, assisting with branding and packaging concepts, and adapting designs to various product formats. The role also involves collaborating with vendor and clients, maintaining visual consistency across collections, and managing basic file organization. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working with Photoshop design software, and motivated to contribute to a fast-paced, creative studio environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an understanding of composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and interest in print and product design.
- Ability to collaborate in a studio environment, take constructive feedback, and manage multiple assignments with deadlines.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
