Konvert Klicks is a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on delivering impactful online marketing solutions to businesses across industries. We work with multiple brands and create performance-driven creatives for social media, advertising, and digital campaigns. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Bhopal.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design engaging and visually appealing creatives for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create static posts, carousel creatives, stories, reel covers, and ad creatives as per campaign requirements
- Develop creative designs aligned with brand guidelines, content strategy, and marketing objectives
- Design logos, brand creatives, and basic marketing collaterals for clients
- Work on basic website creatives such as banners, landing page visuals, and mockups
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver designs within timelines
- Ensure consistency in branding, colors, typography, and overall visual identity
- Make revisions based on internal feedback and client inputs
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media formats
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong proficiency in Canva (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is a plus
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, carousels, reel designs, and logo designs
- Basic understanding of website design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail
