We’re Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer 🎨
Not just someone who “makes designs.” We’re looking for someone who thinks in visuals, feels in colors, and communicates without words.
At Intersection, design isn’t decoration. It’s storytelling. It’s psychology. Its impact.
If your Pinterest boards are chaotic genius, if you notice fonts on billboards more than people, if your brain randomly says “this could be designed better”… you might be the one.
What you’ll do:
• Create bold, thumb-stopping social media creatives
• Work on branding projects that actually mean something
• Turn ideas into visuals that people feel
• Collaborate, experiment, break patterns (smartly)
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva design tools)
• Understands trends but doesn’t blindly copy them
• Is curious, fast, and a little obsessed with aesthetics
• Can take feedback without taking it personally
Bonus points if:
• You love minimal + editorial design
• You think like a content creator, not just a designer
• If you have 6 months of experience.
