Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Andheri- Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role involves creating and refining visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing collateral under the guidance of senior designers and strategists. Day-to-day tasks include developing layouts, designing logos and brand elements, selecting appropriate typography, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing and content teams, contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions, and prepare files for production or digital delivery. The role also includes following brand guidelines, meeting project deadlines, and staying updated on design trends and tools.
Create social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives.
Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
Edit images and perform basic photo retouching.
Assist senior designers with branding and campaign projects.
Prepare designs for print and digital platforms.
Make revisions based on client or team feedback.
Ensure designs follow brand guidelines.
Create basic motion graphics or reels (if required).
Organize design files and maintain project folders.
Stay updated with current design trends and tools.
Skills Required
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or Figma is a plus).
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
Creativity with attention to detail.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and willingness to learn.
