Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer located in Mumbai. The Junior Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for marketing materials, advertisements, and product packaging. Responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and product teams, developing creative content aligned with branding guidelines, and ensuring visually consistent designs across online and offline channels. The role also involves supporting design edits and modifications as needed to meet project goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graphic design skills, including proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop visually appealing concepts
- Experience with branding, typography, and layout design
- Basic video editing or motion graphic skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Effective communication and team collaboration capabilities
- Familiarity with design trends and the ability to adapt to evolving aesthetics
- Experience in creating visual content for marketing campaigns or advertisements is preferred
