Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer (Performance-Focused Role)
Location: Near Doddakallasandra Metro Station, Bengaluru
Experience: 6 months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives
We are not looking for someone who just “makes posters.” We are looking for a junior graphic designer who understands that great design drives attention, engagement, and conversions.

About the Role:
As a junior graphic designer, you will work closely with the digital marketing team to create high-impact visuals for campaigns across multiple platforms. Your designs should support lead generation, brand visibility, and marketing performance. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in performance-driven creative design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-converting creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other
digital platforms.
• Create social media posts, ad banners, landing page visuals, and marketing creatives
• Support video creatives, reels, and short promotional videos for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and audience behavior.
• Ensure consistent branding across all creatives
• Understand how design impacts CTR, engagement, and conversions
• Manage multiple creative tasks while maintaining quality and deadlines
Required Skills:
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Understanding of social media design formats and ad creatives
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects /
Canva/CapCut is a plus.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and marketing-focused designs
• Good understanding of visual hierarchy and typography
• Willingness to learn performance-driven design
