About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, sharp Junior Graphic Designer to transform real estate concepts, market data, and property details into premium social media content. You will work directly with the core management team to execute a clean, high-contrast, modern visual brand presence across LinkedIn and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Design: Conceptualise and design high-retention LinkedIn/Instagram carousels, static image posts, and digital property brochures.
- Video Editing: Edit, trim, color-correct, and add sharp typography/captions to short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, and informational property clips).
- Brand Alignment: Maintain a premium aesthetic using clean layouts, high-contrast color palettes and professional fonts.
- Turnaround: Move from content briefs to final creatives efficiently to meet a consistent posting schedule.
What We Are Looking For- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or comparable professional editing tools (CapCut, Canva Pro).
- Aesthetic Alignment: A strong understanding of modern layouts, typography, and snappy video pacing. No generic, cluttered designs.
- Portfolio (Mandatory): Applications without a portfolio link demonstrating visual design and video editing skills will be automatically rejected.
- Preference for immediate joiners based in or near Gurugram.
