Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer based in Cochin. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic designs, logos, branding materials, and typography solutions. Daily tasks include designing and conceptualizing visual content for marketing and communication purposes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design aesthetics.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail, with an understanding of color, typography, and layout balance.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas and marketing messages into clean, impactful designs.
- Good understanding of social media formats and platform-specific design requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback constructively, and align creative outputs with business objectives.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects effectively
- A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in graphic designing
