Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer at Athena School of Management, located in Mumbai. The Junior Graphic Designer will work on creating visual assets such as graphics, logos, and branding materials that align with the organization's vision. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing visual content for promotional materials, website elements, social media, and other communication channels. The individual will collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure design consistency and innovative outputs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and techniques
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding
- Strong understanding and practical application of Typography principles
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for modern design trends
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
- Experience or internship in design-related roles is a plus
