Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer who has a strong eye for design, understands modern digital trends, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual communication and capable of creating engaging designs for digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and branding materials.
- Assist the creative team in developing concepts, layouts, and visual designs.
- Create graphics, banners, thumbnails, brochures, and promotional creatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, colors, typography, and visual standards.
- Work closely with content writers, video editors, and social media teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and creative tools.
- Make revisions and modifications based on feedback from the team and clients.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Internship or freelance experience in graphic design is a plus.
