- Role: Junior Graphic Designer

What You'll Do
- Design static and animated creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube) across multiple client accounts
- Create social media content including posts, stories, carousels, and banners
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy team to translate briefs into compelling visuals
- Maintain brand consistency across deliverables for diverse client profiles
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative feedback
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Strong understanding of ad formats, aspect ratios, and platform specs
- A portfolio showcasing digital creatives — especially performance or social media work
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly in a remote setup
Bonus Points
- Experience with motion graphics or basic animation in After Effects or Canva Pro
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts like CTA hierarchy and visual hooks
