Job Title: Junior Frontend Developer
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, excluding 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month
Hours: 48 hours per week (40 hours on 2nd and 4th Saturdays)
Location: Remote (India-based)
Reports to: CEO and Team Manager

It functions as both a fundraising and governance solution, enabling businesses to manage shareholder activities, conduct compliant investor onboarding, and facilitate transparent voting—all within a secure, blockchain-based environment.
About the Role: We are seeking a Junior Frontend Developer to join our growing team, with a foundation in React JS and React Native for mobile, redux toolkit, and web security. The ideal candidate is committed to building intuitive, responsive user interfaces and is motivated to deliver seamless, high-quality digital experiences from the provided Figma designs. The role involves close collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and the team lead to create cohesive, user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React JS, React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit
- Convert Figma designs into high-quality, responsive user interfaces
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
- Optimise applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Implement frontend security best practices, including protection against common web vulnerabilities
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot frontend applications
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and code reviews
- Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies and development practices
- Perform other development-related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an Intern /Junior Frontend Developer.
- Strong knowledge of React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
- Experience with React Native and Redux Toolkit
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Understanding of responsive design, web performance, and frontend security
- Experience using Git and Agile development methodologies
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Web3, blockchain technologies, or fintech platforms would be benefical.
- Knowledge with Bootstrap
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows.
