Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Junior Fabric Sourcing Executive. The Junior Fabric Sourcing Executive will be responsible for sourcing fabrics, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality standards. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project requirements effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess fabric quality, pricing, and market trends
- Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and internal collaboration
- Experience with contract negotiation and procurement processes
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Knowledge of the textile industry and market dynamics is a plus
- Proactive and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
