Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Executive - Voice Process, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving client queries efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of communication, following up on assigned tasks, and collaborating with team members to ensure process adherence and success.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and excellent customer service abilities
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and organizational skills
- Team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software, and data entry competence
- Willingness to work in shifts if required and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a voice process role or in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred
