Job Description
Job Title: Junior Executive – PPC (Production Planning & Control)
Location: Noida (Full-Time, Office Role)
Salary: ₹2.2 – ₹3.5 LPA
About Us
We are a rapidly expanding company specializing in luxury decorative lighting and luxury furniture. We are looking for a Junior PPC Executive who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting production planning and coordination to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating the Master Production Schedule to support efficient production planning.
Support the preparation and management of Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate documentation of production requirements.
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams to track product progress and timelines.
Monitor daily production activities and update milestone tracking sheets for multiple products.
Follow up internally to ensure materials, components, and resources are available as per the production plan.
Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate them to the PPC Manager for timely resolution.
Maintain proper records of production plans, inventory status, and order tracking.
Ensure adherence to internal processes related to material requisition, vendor follow-ups, and production documentation.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Operations, or Manufacturing Coordination. Freshers with a relevant academic background may also apply.
Basic understanding of production planning, BOM, and manufacturing processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production tracking tools.
